Academic profile
Guo Weitao, male, born in 1985 in Yucheng, Henan Province, earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Bioengineering from Nanyang Institute of Technology (September 2005 – July 2009), Master of History in Chinese History from Minzu University of China (September 2010 – July 2013), and Doctor of Philosophy in Chinese History from Tsinghua University (September 2013 – July 2017). He conducted postdoctoral research in the Postdoctoral Program in Chinese Language and Literature at Tsinghua University (July 2017 – July 2019). He joined the Research and Conservation Center for Unearthed Texts, Tsinghua University in July 2019, holding positions as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor. He is currently Tenured Associate Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the Center. His primary research focuses on Excavated Documents and Qin-Han History.
